The Light Shines in the Darkness

...and the darkness cannot comprehend it

In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. -John 1:4-5

If you look for the darkness, you will find it. On the news, at school, at work, on TV; maybe even in your own family.

Darkness is everywhere it seems. And yet, have you ever lit a match or turned on a small flashlight in a dark room?

Light always wins. Light always overcomes the darkness.

You may be facing something right now that seems incredibly dark. You may have been hoping and praying for something for so long... and now your heart is sick and broken.

Don't linger in the dark, my friend, because the dark is where negatives are developed.

In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

Lay hold of His beauty, His strength, His peace. He's got you!

Get your face in His Word. Focus on HIM. Let His light shine in and through you, and you will overcome the darkness that tried to crowd in and takeover.

Allow His light to shine on your circumstance, and it will OVERTAKE the darkness in your life!
